I do think though, that 3 and 4 are "nice" lady bugs. Two is a "bad" one (the Japanese one?) and #1 is another beetle all together.

This species is not as common as the Multicolored Asian lady beetle, but it is still fairly common especially in alfalfa fields. 4. Orange Spotted (Brachiacantha ursina): This is a native, but rare lady beetle.
